Riyadh, August 23, 2023, In a recent announcement, the Digital Government Authority unveiled the highly anticipated findings of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for the year 2023. This comprehensive evaluation involved a staggering 134,000 beneficiaries, providing valuable insights into the performance of various platforms. In a remarkable surge, the general index has soared by an impressive 80.68%. The study aimed to assess the level of maturity exhibited by 24 digital platforms, examining them through the lens of four key perspectives: beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools. In a comprehensive analysis, a wide range of perspectives have been gathered, encompassing a total of 19 themes. These themes serve as a means to measure and evaluate different aspects of the digital experience. In a recent statement, Eng. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Suwaiyan, the Governor of the Digital Government Authority, highlighted the organization's commitment to enhancing beneficiary satisfaction and improving their digital experience. Al-Suwaiyan emphasized the importance of utilizing the Digital Experience Maturity Index as a tool to achieve these goals. By aligning their efforts with the strategic directions of the Digital Government Authority and the objectives outlined in Saudi Vision 2030, the authority aims to optimize interaction with beneficiaries and ensure their utmost satisfaction.

In a recent announcement made on March 14, 2023, the authority revealed the commencement of the highly anticipated second cycle of the index. This new phase will encompass a comprehensive evaluation of a staggering 24 digital platforms, effectively doubling the number of platforms assessed in the initial cycle. In the second cycle, the general Digital Experience Maturity Index saw a notable increase, reaching a rate of 80.68%. This marks a significant improvement compared to the previous cycle, where the index stood at 77.26%. In a remarkable development, the current cycle of platform evaluation witnessed a substantial surge in the number of participants. A staggering 134,000 individuals actively engaged in the evaluation process, showcasing a significant increase from the mere 18,000 participants in the previous cycle. In the latest rankings of the top 10 digital platforms, the results have been unveiled. Ehsan Platform emerged as the frontrunner, securing an impressive 89.40% rating. Following closely behind is the Absher Platform, which achieved a commendable score of 89.28%. The GOSI Platform also showcased its prowess, garnering a respectable 88.10% rating. Not far behind, the Seha Platform showcased its capabilities with an impressive 86.50% rating. The Zakat, Tax, and Customs Platform proved its mettle, securing a noteworthy 86.09% rating. Rounding off the top performers is the Tawakkalna Platform, which achieved a commendable rating of 85.35%. These results highlight the exceptional performance of these digital platforms, showcasing their efficiency and effectiveness in delivering their respective services. In a significant development, all of these platforms have achieved a commendable level of maturity, reaching the "Advanced" stage. In a remarkable display of competence, the Etimad Platform has achieved an impressive score of 83.20%. Not far behind, the Najiz Platform has secured a commendable 83.04%, while the Saber Platform has demonstrated its capabilities with a score of 82.44%. Rounding out the group, the Saudi Business Center Platform has achieved a respectable score of 81.59%. These platforms have all proven themselves to be at the "competent" level of maturity, showcasing their ability to effectively deliver results.
