Davos, January 21, 2024, The Digital Saudi Pavilion at the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Annual Meeting 2024 successfully concluded its activities on January 19th. Functioning as a platform to showcase Saudi Arabia's proficiency in digital transformation, the pavilion aimed to foster international partnerships and received substantial engagement from participating delegations at the forum.
Held in Davos, Switzerland, from January 15th to 19th, the WEF Annual Meeting centered around the theme of "Rebuilding Trust" and brought together high-ranking officials, locals, and international experts.
The Digital Saudi Pavilion provided visitors with a comprehensive guide to digital government services, emphasizing the use of emerging technologies and innovation. It highlighted collaborative efforts to enhance data sharing among government agencies, with a focus on achieving integration. These initiatives are geared towards expediting sustainable digital government transformation and delivering more efficient digital government services, aligning with the strategic goals of the digital government sector.
The participating entities in the Digital Saudi Pavilion included the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the National Government Resources Systems Center (NCGR), the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, and the Elm company.
The participation of the Digital Saudi Pavilion at the forum was a collaborative effort involving successful partners from the public and private sectors.
