Riyadh, April 13, 2025, The Diriyah Season 2024-25 officially concluded on Friday evening, wrapping up more than 100 days filled with unique events, interactive experiences, and live performances.
The season offered visitors a journey through the Kingdom’s rich heritage and vibrant present, contributing to the growth of historical and cultural tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and creating new opportunities for cultural and knowledge exchange with visitors from around the world.
Throughout its run, the season featured 10 main programs across various locations, branching into a wide array of experiences spanning history, arts and creativity, culture, architecture and design, poetry, storytelling and literature, as well as performing arts, interactive experiences, and culinary arts. Visitors especially enjoyed the debut of the “Khayal Al-Souq” experience, which combined innovation with live performances—a first for Diriyah Season.
With the season coming to a close, the historic At-Turaif district, inscribed in a UNESCO World Heritage list, along with Bujairi Terrace, will continue welcoming visitors eager to enjoy the area’s ambiance, explore its deep cultural and historical layers, and experience local and international culinary offerings. The district remains one of the Kingdom’s most prominent historical and cultural destinations.
