Jeddah, September 12, 2023, Dr. Youssef Al-Khalaw, secretary general of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture, and Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Suhaibani, permanent representative of Saudi Arabia to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), met today in Jeddah. Al-Suhaibani praised the ICCIA's initiatives to forge connections with various OIC entities and its efforts to strengthen the economy's resilience to current difficulties. The two representatives discussed ICCIA's efforts to assist OIC member nations, its several projects, such as the Business Owners Union and Zakat Fund, as well as its function as a coordinator among Islamic chambers of commerce in OIC member states.
