New York, September 22, 2023, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), and Janez Lenarcic, the European Union Commissioner for Crisis Management, met yesterday in New York City on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The two parties addressed strategies to enhance global humanitarian response systems during crises as well as matters of mutual concern pertaining to relief and humanitarian affairs during the conference. Lenarcic applauded the center's efforts on behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to promote humanitarian aid and broaden its horizons internationally.
