New Delhi, November 02, 2023, Dr. Hisham bin Saad Aljadhey, the president of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), and Rajeev Raghuvanshi, the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), had a meeting today at the CDSCO headquarters in New Delhi, the Republic of India. Aljadhey talked about areas of collaboration between the two nations to improve the quality and safety of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. She also talked about sharing knowledge and skills in good manufacturing practices, pharmaceutical control, and law. Aljadhey underlined the value of working together within the parameters of the memorandum of understanding that the two parties have signed and of assisting pharmaceutical firms that plan to join the Saudi market by utilizing a number of SFDA-provided initiatives.
