Jeddah, October 26, 2023, Dr. Sami Al-Suwailem, the acting director general of the Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI), and Mahendra Siregar, the chairman of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority, met at the IFSA's headquarters in Jakarta. The meeting's main topics were the Islamic financial system and an analysis of the IDB's scheme for creating Sukuk. The program intends to increase Sukuk's contribution to member states' development. The Sukuk Enhancement Fund, the Sovereign Finance Corporation, and the Sukuk tied to the cash endowment serve as its three primary pillars.
