March 26, 2025 – Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah has further solidified its leadership in Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector by earning a 5-star rating in the “Global Hospital Rating” from Newsweek and Statista. This achievement places the hospital among the top three in the Middle East and North Africa to receive this prestigious international recognition.
The “Global Hospital Rating” evaluates hospitals across five key areas: Provision of Care, which includes the quality of medical services, staffing, and patient management; Timeliness of Care, which covers waiting times and service efficiency; Patient Experience & Safety, which assesses hygiene, infection prevention, and patient satisfaction; IT & Healthcare Technology, which evaluates digital infrastructure and medical technology; and Employer Attractiveness, which looks at staff development and workplace environment.
Data for this assessment was gathered, and performance indicators were analyzed and benchmarked against international standards by the global firm, Statista.
In addition to this milestone, the hospital has maintained its position as the Best Private Hospital in Saudi Arabia for the fourth consecutive year. Furthermore, it ranked second overall among both private and government hospitals, following King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, in the 2025 Newsweek World's Best Hospitals ranking.
