Riyadh, April 06, 2024, During the holy month of Ramadan, the Transport General Authority (TGA) has reported impressive statistics for the postal sector, showcasing a remarkable growth in parcel deliveries. As of the 25th of Ramadan, more than 18 million parcel deliveries were successfully completed by over 70 licensed companies, marking a significant 54% increase compared to the same period in Ramadan 2023 (1444 AH).
The TGA emphasized its unwavering commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. To address inquiries and concerns effectively, a dedicated call centre received over 3,000 inquiries from beneficiaries within the first 25 days of Ramadan. Additionally, supervisory teams conducted inspections at postal parcel company warehouses, monitoring operations to guarantee efficient delivery processes.
These proactive measures underscore the authority's dedication to maintaining high-quality services throughout Ramadan and meeting the growing demands of beneficiaries. To facilitate the resolution of service issues with specific transport companies, the TGA has established multiple channels for reporting concerns. Beneficiaries can submit complaints through the dedicated beneficiary platform on the TGA website (tga.gov.sa), reach out via the unified call centre (19929), or send direct messages to the beneficiary care centre on the X platform (@TGA_CARE). These channels ensure a streamlined process for addressing and resolving beneficiary concerns, further enhancing the overall customer experience within the postal sector.
