Riyadh, February 24, 2025 – The grand celebrations marking Saudi Arabia's Founding Day concluded on Sunday evening, after four days of festivities organized by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Principality of Riyadh region. Held from February 20 to 23, 2025, the event attracted more than 50,000 visitors, including citizens and tourists from various backgrounds, all united in their appreciation of the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage and national pride.


One of the most remarkable highlights of the celebrations was the establishment of a new Guinness World Record for the largest Saudi Ardah performance. The event saw 633 participants perform this traditional dance, a significant achievement that underscores the importance of the Ardah as a symbol of Saudi Arabia’s cultural legacy. This captivating display of coordination and unity captivated attendees and marked a moment of pride for the Kingdom, further solidifying the Ardah as an integral part of Saudi identity.
