During the Hajj season, about a million pilgrims get religious guidance at the grand mosque.

The Presidency of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque announced that their program to answer visitor inquiries served over one million pilgrims, Umrah performers, and tourists.

The Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque Presidency of Religious Affairs declared that more than a million pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors benefited from their program to respond to guest inquiries.


The program's objectives are to teach believers about Islam, proper worship techniques, and the laws pertaining to the Hajj and Umrah rituals.


The initiative was presented at 19 different Grand Mosque locations and offered help in eleven different languages in order to make it accessible.


According to the announcement made on June 22, 2024, in Makkah in response to visitor demands, the Grand Mosque and Prophet's Mosque's Presidency of Religious Affairs serviced over a million pilgrims, Umrah performers, and tourists from Dhul-Qi'dah 1 to Dhul-Hijjah 15, 1445 AH. The program's goals are to inform participants about Islam, proper prayer techniques, and the laws governing the Hajj and Umrah rituals. In order to make the event accessible, we held it at 19 different Grand Mosque locations and offered help in eleven different languages.
