Education Minister Congratulates Leadership on Kingdom's Students Outstanding Results in ‘ISEF 2024’ and ‘ITEX 2024’ Competitions



Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, August 18, 2024. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Benyan, the Minister of Education, extended his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as well as His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the outstanding performance of Saudi students in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) 2024 and the International Inventions, Innovations, Technology Competition and Exhibition (ITEX) 2.The minister noted that their extraordinary performance is evidence that smart leadership is paying attention to and providing support for education in order to achieve excellence and leadership on a regional and global scale.The minister specifically emphasized that the students had won more than 100 gold and silver medals, along with significant honors, especially in ISEF 2024 and ITEX 2024, the world's largest competitions focusing on science, engineering, invention, and innovation."This success reflects the efforts we made to advance to the global championship stages and effectively represent the Kingdom." According to Al-Benyan, "it also demonstrates to the world the level that we want and aim to achieve through the utilization of national efforts and renowned partners."In addition, he expressed his gratitude and congratulations to the children, their families, the educators, and the education partners who had contributed to the enhancement of the students' capabilities and motivation.The minister acknowledged and expressed gratitude for the fruitful collaboration between King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity, "Mawhiba," Tuwaiq Academy, and Misk Schools.
