Eleventh Saudi Relief Plane Arrives in Beirut with Aid for the Lebanese People


Beirut, October 23, 2024 — The eleventh Saudi relief plane, operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), has successfully landed at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport today. This mission is part of a significant humanitarian initiative, delivering essential supplies that include food, shelter materials, and medical aid to the Lebanese population in need.


This humanitarian assistance is provided in accordance with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Their leadership underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting Lebanon during these challenging times, demonstrating a deep sense of solidarity with the Lebanese people.


The arrival of this relief plane marks a crucial step in addressing the urgent humanitarian needs in Lebanon, where the ongoing crisis has severely impacted food security and healthcare access.
