Eleventh Saudi Relief Plane Departs for Lebanon with Essential Aid Supplies


Riyadh, October 24, 2024 — In a significant continuation of its humanitarian efforts, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has dispatched its eleventh relief plane as part of the Saudi air bridge to Lebanon. The aircraft departed from King Khalid International Airport today, loaded with essential supplies including food, shelter materials, and medical assistance.


This humanitarian mission is executed under the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Their commitment underscores Saudi Arabia’s ongoing support for the Lebanese people as they navigate critical and challenging circumstances resulting from the ongoing crisis in the country.


The aid being provided aligns with Saudi Arabia's broader humanitarian mission to alleviate suffering and provide assistance to those in need around the world.
