RIYADH April 4, 2025 — The National Center for Security Operations reported that the unified emergency number 911 centers in Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Province handled a total of 2,879,325 calls throughout March 2025.


These calls were processed within the unified emergency operations framework, which is responsible for collecting emergency reports and directing them to the relevant security and service entities.


This is facilitated by cutting-edge automated systems managed by a skilled, multilingual team, providing round-the-clock, highly accurate, and professional response services.


Per the center’s data, Makkah recorded 1,031,253 calls, Riyadh saw 1,300,628 calls, and the Eastern Province registered 547,444 calls.
