Riyadh, February 05, 2024, Eng. Faisal Al-Qahtani, Deputy CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), hosted a delegation led by Ahmed Shiyam, Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources of the Maldives, at the Fund's headquarters. Also in attendance was Mohamed Khaleel, the Maldivian Ambassador to the Kingdom.
The primary focus of the meeting was to explore opportunities for collaboration, align common interests, and coordinate efforts for development initiatives in the Maldives. As part of the visit, the Maldivian Minister was given an informative tour of the interactive exhibition within the Fund's headquarters. This exhibition showcased prominent development projects undertaken in various developing nations across the globe.
