Lisbon, October 4, 2023, A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Portugal was signed by Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim on behalf of the Minister of Sports. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed outside of sessions of the Saudi-Portuguese Joint Committee with the intention of fostering collaboration and exchanging sports-related experiences.
