On March 26, 2025, Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Company and its Subsidiaries (“Fakeeh Care Group”) reported its financial results for the year ending December 31, 2024, showing a 20% year-on-year revenue increase to SR2.8 billion and a net profit of SR263.7 million, reflecting a 36% rise. This growth was driven by increased patient numbers, higher revenue per patient, and contributions from Operate and Manage (O&M) contracts. Fakeeh Care served 1.74 million patients, marking a 12.5% year-on-year increase. The group also saw double-digit growth in surgical procedures and deliveries.
Dr. Mazen Soliman Fakeeh, President of Fakeeh Care Group, expressed pride in the company’s performance, noting that the strong results underscore the success of their integrated healthcare model. The company has continued expanding, including the ramping up of Riyadh Hospital and the upcoming opening of DSFH Madinah in March 2025, which aligns with Fakeeh's mission to expand its healthcare services nationwide. Additionally, Fakeeh Care has seen growth across all its divisions, including Home Healthcare, Emergency Medical Services, Fakeeh Vision, and Fakeeh College, and has earned numerous accreditations and awards.
Looking ahead, Fakeeh Care plans to continue expanding its facilities and focus on complex care, operational efficiency, and cost management. With a strengthened balance sheet and reduced debt, the company is positioned for organic growth and strategic investments. The Board has recommended a cash dividend of SR0.3 per share, totaling SR69 million, subject to AGM approval.
