Fifth Tuwaiq Sculpture exhibition starts today at ROSHN Front

Riyadh, February 12, 2024, The Tuwaiq Sculpture exhibition, now in its fifth edition, commences today and will continue until February 24 at the ROSHN Front.

Themed "Dimensions of Movement," the exhibition showcases 30 artworks created by 30 artists from 20 countries, all using Saudi Arabian granite as their medium.

Part of the Riyadh Art Program, the event aims to blend tradition with modernity, transforming the city into an expansive "gallery without walls."

In tandem with the exhibition, a community partnership program offers dialogue sessions, workshops, and educational visits, enriching the experience for attendees.

This initiative seeks to establish an artistic platform that not only enriches the community but also provides visitors with programs that deepen understanding and promote cultural exchange.

Sarah Alruwayti, the Exhibition Manager, emphasized the diverse artistic expressions on display, which both honor the Kingdom's cultural heritage and reflect its contemporary art scene. Following the exhibition, the sculptures will be dispersed throughout the city, further enhancing Riyadh's art collection.

The Tuwaiq Sculpture exhibition serves as a vital platform for individuals invested in enriching Riyadh's art and cultural landscape. It nurtures local and international talent while contributing to the Kingdom's creative economy.
