Munich, February 17, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, engaged in a meeting today with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.
During their discussion, the two officials delved into the latest regional and global developments, with a particular focus on the situation in the Gaza Strip and ongoing efforts to address and resolve the challenges in the region.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, along with several other officials. This diplomatic exchange at the Munich Security Conference reflects the commitment of both Saudi Arabia and the European Union to engaging in substantive discussions and cooperation to navigate and find solutions to pressing regional issues.
