Riyadh, February 20, 2025 – In a significant leap towards digital innovation and enhanced operational efficiency, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has officially launched its new integrated digital platform, Ajwaa, alongside a refreshed corporate identity and an updated website. This initiative marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing transformation of Saudi Arabia’s aviation sector, which plays a critical role in supporting the Kingdom's economic development and is closely aligned with the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The launch event took place on Wednesday evening at GACA’s headquarters in Riyadh, with key stakeholders from the aviation industry in attendance. Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, who also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of GACA, was present, along with GACA President Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, as well as senior officials, vice presidents, and CEOs from various aviation companies and national carriers. The ceremony underscored the importance of this momentous step in revolutionizing the aviation landscape of the Kingdom.

The Ajwaa platform is designed to consolidate all civil aviation services into a single, fully integrated digital environment. By streamlining access to services, it promises to significantly improve the speed and efficiency with which users interact with GACA. The platform will serve a diverse range of stakeholders, including airlines, aviation service providers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring enhanced operational transparency, better management of aviation operations, and greater compliance with regulatory requirements.

The launch of Ajwaa is not just a technological upgrade but a clear reflection of GACA's commitment to driving the future of aviation in Saudi Arabia. The updated corporate identity, which includes a new slogan, "Together for New Horizons," symbolizes the forward-thinking approach that GACA is embracing as it looks to the future of air travel in the Kingdom. With the full support of the Saudi leadership, this initiative is poised to play a key role in enhancing the country's position as a global aviation hub, in line with Vision 2030’s objectives of diversifying the economy and developing key infrastructure.

Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, President of GACA, highlighted that the Ajwaa platform, alongside the new corporate identity, marks a new chapter for the organization and the aviation sector at large. “This is not just about digital transformation; it’s about creating a more efficient, transparent, and sustainable aviation environment for the future. The leadership’s full support ensures we are on the right path toward realizing the Kingdom's aspirations for the aviation industry," Al-Duailej remarked.

The launch of the Ajwaa platform and the updated corporate identity is expected to have a transformative impact on the aviation sector, enhancing the Kingdom's global competitiveness, supporting innovation, and laying the groundwork for the continued development of Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure in line with Vision 2030.
