According to the report, Saudi households make up approximately 51% of all households. Multi-member households account for 86%, with nuclear families forming 70% of this segment. Single-person households represent 14%.
The average age of a Saudi is 26.6 years, while the median age stands at 23.5. Notably, 71% of the population is under 35, emphasizing the youthful energy shaping the country’s future.
The average household size is five members. Households of six people account for 13.5%, while four-to-five member households make up 12.8%.
Among heads of households, men represent 83.1% and women 16.9%. Most male household heads fall in the 35–39 age range, while the largest group of female household heads is between 30 and 34.
As for housing types, 44.9% of Saudis live in apartments and 31% in villas. Over half (55.8%) of single-person households live in apartments, while 33.3% of multi-member households live in villas.
