"GCC Secretary-General condemns Israeli airstrikes on multiple locations in Syria."

Riyadh, April 4, 2025 – Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary General Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi strongly condemned the Israeli occupation forces' airstrikes on multiple locations in Syria, which resulted in numerous deaths and injuries.

Secretary General Albudaiwi stated that these airstrikes are part of a continued effort by the Israeli occupation forces to destabilize both regional and international security. He emphasized the importance of respecting Syria's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity.

Albudaiwi also noted that the international community’s silence regarding these repeated Israeli attacks encourages their continuation and called for concrete actions to stop such acts, in support of peace and security in the region.
