Muscat, October 11, 2023, According to a press release from the GCC General Secretariat, Dr. Constantinos Kombos, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, was met by GCC Secretary General Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi yesterday outside of the 27th meeting of the GCC-EU Joint Ministerial Council in Muscat, Oman. During the discussion, they addressed methods to advance the development of ties between the GCC and the Republic of Cyprus in a number of areas, highlighting the significance of bolstering friendly ties between the Gulf and Cypriots in a way that serves shared interests. The two leaders also reviewed the most recent events in the national and international arenas and talked about themes related to the GCC-EU Strategic Partnership of common interest.
