GCC Secretary-General praises GCC's global model amid challenges

Riyadh, April 18, 2024, In a recent statement issued by the GCC secretariat General, Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), lauded the remarkable journey of the GCC, presenting it as a global model despite enduring various challenges. Albudaiwi's remarks, delivered during a speech, delved into the historical inception and underlying purposes of the GCC, underlining its core mission of consolidating the collective efforts of member states to tackle regional and global adversities.

Albudaiwi commended the visionary founding leaders for establishing a cohesive Gulf bloc that fosters interconnectedness and comprehensive integration among member nations.
