Riyadh, November 19, 2023, Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has issued a resolute condemnation of the Israeli occupation forces following the brutal bombing of UNRWA's Al-Fakhoora School in the Gaza Strip. Describing the attack as an aggressive act targeting innocent civilians, Albudaiwi characterized it as a blatant violation of international and humanitarian laws and treaties, contrary to moral and humanitarian values.
In a statement, Albudaiwi reiterated his denunciation of the systematic targeting of innocent civilians and called for an immediate ceasefire. He emphasized the urgent need to ensure the protection of civilians, relief facilities, and humanitarian workers.
