GDNC Arrests Four Residents Attempting to Sell Amphetamine in Al-Jouf

Four Bangladeshi nationals have been arrested in the Al-Jouf region by the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) for attempting to sell methamphetamine and amphetamine; they have been referred to public prosecution for legal proceedings.

Sakaka, September 10, 2024 — The General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) has apprehended four Bangladeshi nationals in the Al-Jouf region for their involvement in the sale of methamphetamine (Shabu) and amphetamine. Legal proceedings have been initiated, and the individuals have been referred to public prosecution for further action.


Security authorities are calling on both citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking. Reports can be made by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Region, or 999 in other regions of the country. Additionally, the GDNC can be reached at 995 or via email at [email protected].
