In a recent collaborative effort to further enhance the natural beauty and ecological equilibrium of the reserve, the National Center for Wildlife and the Royal Commission for AlUla joined forces to release 14 Arabian oryx and 40 gazelles into the area. This initiative aims to reintroduce locally endangered species, contribute to the restoration of biodiversity, and advance environmental sustainability—aligning with the goals outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
