Riyadh, March 23, 2025 – The Ministry of Health has officially launched the first-ever "Walk 30 League," a competition aimed at enhancing public health and supporting Vision 2030's Health Sector Transformation Program. This initiative, an extension of the ongoing "Walk 30" campaign, brings together over 10,000 participants from 2,226 teams, all dedicated to walking 30 minutes daily (about 8,000 steps).

In an official statement, Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel emphasized that this league reflects the ministry’s commitment to promoting preventive health and fostering a healthier lifestyle. "Our goal is to inspire individuals to engage in regular exercise, helping to prevent chronic diseases and improve overall well-being," he stated.

Following the success of four previous "Walk 30" campaigns, the league will continue until March 15, offering participants the opportunity to win prizes totaling SAR 250,000 through the Sehhaty app.
