Riyadh, March 23, 2025 – The Ministry of Health is launching the first Saudi Walking League, "Walk 30 League," from March 11 to 15, as part of the ongoing Walk 30 campaign aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting Vision 2030 goals.

Teams of 4-7 individuals can register between March 8-11 and will be challenged to walk for 30 minutes daily (about 8,000 steps).

The league will conclude with a ceremony on April 26, coinciding with the fifth edition of the campaign, featuring prize drawings through the "Sehhaty" app.

The nationwide Walk 30 campaign aims to increase life expectancy to 80 years by 2030 and has successfully engaged people of various age groups in physical activities during its previous four seasons.
