HR Minister Receives Director General of IOM



On September 8, 2024, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, met with IOM Director General Amy Pope and her delegation, along with Vice Minister for Labor Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain.


The meeting focused on enhancing collaboration on labor market technical aspects and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and attractive job market, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.


The discussions highlighted the ministry’s commitment to strengthening international partnerships and leveraging global best practices to achieve shared labor market development goals.

Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, hosted a significant meeting with Amy Pope, the Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and her accompanying delegation. The meeting also saw the presence of Vice Minister for Labor Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain and several senior officials from the ministry.
