NEOM, Sep 3, 2023, President Cyril Ramaphosa of the Republic of South Africa has received a cable from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, expressing his condolences and sympathy for the victims of the fire that broke out at a five-story building in Johannesburg's central business district. President Ramaphosa, the families of the deceased, and the friendly South Africans received a telegram from HRH the Crown Prince expressing his heartfelt regret and condolences and wishing the injured a swift recovery.
