Jeddah, March 21, 2025, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, welcomed Saudi rally champion Yazeed Al-Rajhi at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah, following his victory in the 2025 Dakar Rally Saudi Arabia in the car category.
Al-Rajhi made history as the first Saudi driver to win this prestigious rally.
HRH the Crown Prince congratulated Al-Rajhi, emphasizing that this achievement should inspire Saudi athletes to continue developing their skills for future triumphs.
Al-Rajhi expressed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to HRH the Crown Prince for the warm reception, which reflects his continuous support for athletes.
The reception was attended by Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF).
