Riyadh, 08 August 2023, In the first half of this year, the demonstrated its efficacy in bolstering employment opportunities within the private sector by facilitating the recruitment of 201,000 Saudi citizens. This represents a noteworthy surge of 34% compared to the corresponding period in the previous year, during which the fund facilitated the hiring of 150,000 individuals.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, emphasized the strong backing from esteemed leaders for the FDRH fund's mission to enhance the skills and capabilities of Saudi individuals. This includes fostering greater participation in the workforce, promoting job localization within the private sector, forging robust partnerships with training institutions, facilitating the employment and empowerment of domestic talent, and ultimately bolstering their competitiveness and resilience in the labor market.
