During their journey, pilgrims realize that their ultimate aim is to commit themselves solely to the worship and obedience of Allah, with the hope of attaining the blessed reward of Jannah, also known as paradise. As pilgrims from a variety of countries departed Madinah for Makkah this evening, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) captured some heartbreaking scenes through their cameras. These pilgrims had spent days at the city of Allah's Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), getting ready to join the massive assembly of pilgrims who were going to perform the Hajj.
