Riyadh, March 22, 2025 – Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University President Dr. Ahmed Al-Ameri launched a series of strategic initiatives on Tuesday aimed at enhancing Arabic language education and strengthening its presence both locally and globally.
The first initiative, introduced by the College of Arabic Language, focuses on international scholarship students, helping them use Arabic in various contexts, improving their creative writing skills, and supporting their talents by publishing poetry collections.
The initiative also encourages student participation in national and international events while fostering connections with scholarship alumni to bolster the future influence of the Arabic language in their home countries.
These initiatives are designed to broaden students' horizons by combining linguistic enrichment, academic empowerment, and skill development, equipping them with evolving knowledge tools aligned with future goals and Saudi Vision 2030. The efforts encompass language proficiency, academic support, cultural engagement, and documenting the College of Arabic Language’s role in advancing the Arabic language.
