Led by IMCTC Secretary-General Major General Pilot Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi and UNOCT Director Mauro Miedico, the meeting launched the “Daleel” initiative—a collaborative legal training program aimed at enhancing the capabilities of counterterrorism law practitioners in IMCTC member states.
