
Riyadh, March 23, 2025, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) has made significant strides in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2025, improving in 14 academic disciplines compared to five last year.
This progress highlights the university's dedication to academic and research excellence, aligning with Vision 2030’s objectives for advancing Saudi university education and global competitiveness.
IMSIU secured a place among the top 400 universities worldwide in three key fields: ranking 350th in Arts and Humanities, 361st in Social Sciences and Management, and 380th in Engineering and Technology. Additionally, it ranked in the 501-550 category for Natural Sciences.
The university demonstrated excellence across ten disciplines, with Mathematics ranking between 301-350 and Accounting and Finance making its debut in the 301-375 category. Other ranked disciplines include Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Economics, along with first-time global recognition for Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, and Medicine.
