Jeddah, the 4th of June, 2024. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hosted the inaugural nine-ball World Pool Championship on Monday evening. Therefore, the Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation hosts this event as a result of the Ministry of Sports’ initiative in conjunction with the total duration of a six-day competition partnered with the World Nine-Ball Tour.
This edition will be held in the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Sports City sports hall, where 128 competitors from 45 different countries will face off.
This group includes the top 100 players from the World Nine-Ball Tour as well as the 28 players who advanced through the competition's preliminary stages.
Participating in the most prestigious and well-attended billiards tournament in the world, the players will compete against one another in 223 matches across 16 tables.
