In just one week, Yemen's KSrelief Masam Project demolished 1,556 land mines.

- Since the beginning of the "Masam" operation, a total of 447,668 mines have been removed from Yemen, with 2,810 mines removed in June.
During the second week of June 2024, the "Masam" land mine clearance effort in Yemen removed 1,556 mines across many governorates.

During the second week of June 2024, 1,556 mines have been removed in a number of Yemen's governorates within the "Masam" land mine removal operation.


Among them were 1,503 types of mines that did not detonate, which included 52 anti-tank mines and an explosive device.


Since the start of Masam operation, 447,668 mines have been eradicated in Yemen and 2,810 of them were eradicated last month.

These mines included 52 anti-tank mines, 1,503 unexploded ordnances, and one explosive device. The total number of mines that have been removed from Yemen since the beginning of the "Masam" operation is 447,668 mines that have been arbitrarily planted in various Yemeni territories to claim more innocent victims, including children, women, and the elderly. This brings the total number of mines removed in Yemen in June to 2,810.
