This vital responsibility is carried out by the Unified Security Operations Centers (911), which efficiently handle incoming calls by redirecting them to the relevant security and service authorities.
This process is facilitated by advanced automated systems, operated by a specialized team proficient in multiple languages, ensuring precision and maintaining a high level of professionalism. These services are available round the clock, emphasizing their crucial role in emergency response.
Breaking down the numbers, the Makkah region received 867,441 calls, while the Riyadh region reported a total of 1,098,016 received calls. In the Eastern Region, the number of calls stood at 512,091, highlighting the substantial volume of emergency communications effectively managed by the National Center for Security Operations.
