Tabuk is the current training camp location for the Saudi U23 triathlon squad. The distances used for Olympic triathlons and sprints are approved by the International Federation, which oversees the sport. A twenty-kilometer bicycle ride, a five-kilometer run, and a seventy-five-meter swim comprise the sprint triathlon.
