Information on how to bring Zamzam water home through Saudi airports.

MAKKAH, March 31, 2025 — Pilgrims traveling through Saudi Arabia’s airports can easily take Zamzam water home by following simple official procedures, according to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

To ensure a smooth process, the ministry advises pilgrims to buy Zamzam bottles only from authorized sales points at the airport.

Once purchased, the bottles must be placed on designated conveyor belts for handling and should not be packed in checked luggage.

Each pilgrim is allowed to carry only one bottle and must present a valid Umrah visa or a permit through the Nusuk app to complete the process.
