On September 12, 2024, in Doha, under the directives of the Saudi leadership, the Saudi Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, held a meeting with the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance security cooperation.
During the meeting, Prince Abdulaziz extended greetings from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Saudi leaders expressed their best wishes for Qatar's continued progress, prosperity, and success for its people and government.
