Riyadh, September 14, 2023, Keeper of the Two Holy Mosques The Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has written two letters to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, about bilateral relations and ways to support them in many areas. Vice Foreign Minister Eng. Waleed Al-Khuraiji accepted the two letters on behalf of the Foreign Affairs Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, at a meeting with the Iranian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alireza Enayati. Al-Khuraiji wished the ambassador luck in his new position and welcomed him.
The meeting's discussions focused on how to improve ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while also advancing their shared objectives. The two sides also spoke on matters of common interest.
Ambassador Mohammed Al-Matrafi, director of the general department for Asian countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended the conference.
