Riyadh, October 11, 2023, The second edition of the "Made in Saudi" Expo will have the Republic of Iraq as the guest of honor, featuring over 24 Iraqi companies across various sectors alongside more than 100 national companies. Scheduled to run from October 16 to 19 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, this selection underscores the robust economic ties between Saudi Arabia and Iraq, serving as a foundation for strategic partnerships in the economic and commercial realms. The Expo offers a platform for national companies to bolster these partnerships, attracting potential domestic and international buyers and industry representatives. Over the last five years (2018-2022), non-oil exports from Saudi Arabia to Iraq totaled SR14.8 billion, with the construction materials sector leading the way, amounting to SR4.42 billion in exports.
