Jeddah, November 5, 2024 – The Chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, Muhammad Al Jasser, held a significant meeting on Monday with Turkey’s Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacir, in Türkiye. The discussions focused on fostering enhanced collaboration between the IsDB and Turkey, with a particular emphasis on the shared goal of advancing industrial development and sustainability in the country.


During the meeting, Al Jasser underscored the IsDB Group’s commitment to supporting Turkey's economic and industrial growth. He highlighted the Bank's role in facilitating investments, promoting innovation, and enhancing the technological infrastructure needed to drive sustainable development. Al Jasser further expressed IsDB's readiness to continue working alongside Turkey to implement cutting-edge solutions that contribute to both economic diversification and environmental sustainability.
