Discussions at the gathering, which was arranged by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, centered on fostering tolerance and moderation as well as shared interests.

The group in charge of setting up the gathering was the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.The two groups talked about issues that interested them both and strategies for encouraging moderation and tolerance.
