On August 28, 2023 AD, the Jabal Omar Development Company declared that the Ministry of Tourism had granted it a license to manage the five-star first tower of the Jabal Omar Jumeirah hotel. A restaurant, cafe, conference space, business center, prayer hall, and fitness center are all located in the first tower's 263 opulent and contemporary rooms and suites.
