This landmark initiative, executed with meticulous attention to detail, saw the meticulous restoration and rehabilitation of Beit Jokhdar, Beit Al-Rayess, and Beit Kedwan, preserving their distinct architectural charm while adhering to the highest international standards and UNESCO guidelines. Jeddah Historic District earned its prestigious classification as a World Heritage Site in 2014, further underlining the significance of this endeavor.

Managed and operated by Al Balad Development Company, these three heritage hotels are part of a comprehensive restoration project encompassing a total of 34 heritage buildings. Each hotel has been imbued with a modern vision, aiming to not only safeguard and celebrate the Kingdom's rich heritage but also to provide immersive experiences for visitors keen on exploring the area's storied past.
